Although I have an Industrial Engineering degree from Texas A&M, my passion lies in finance.  I came into the mortgage industry after working for several years for a Fortune 500 construction materials company designing, creating, and implementing a Customer Relationship Management program across the entire US operations and managing multi-million dollar capital projects and IT initiatives to enable the CRM program.  This experience in customer relationship management, financial analysis, and efficiently utilizing technology to streamline business processes enables me to provide world-class service and financial expertise to my clients to ensure they get the loan that best fits into their overall long-term financial plan.
